Die Due Diligence geht weit \u00fcber die formale Pr\u00fcfung zum Beispiel der Jahresabschl\u00fcsse oder der Handelsb\u00fccher hinaus.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Unsere Unterst\u00fctzung bei einer Financial Due Diligence schlie\u00dft typischerweise die folgenden T\u00e4tigkeiten ein:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse der finanziellen Lage<\/li>\n<li>Auswertung der wesentlichen Unterlagen zum Rechnungswesen auf Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungs\u00e4nderungen<\/li>\n<li>Untersuchung der mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern abgeschlossenen Vertr\u00e4ge auf wesentliche Auswirkungen auf die Verm\u00f6gens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage des Zielunternehmens<\/li>\n<li>Ableitung der kaufpreisrelevanten Ergebnisse wie z.B.
