Der Umfang eines Nachhaltigkeitsberichts ist vom genutzten Berichtsstandard abh\u00e4ngig. Der Bericht beinhaltet beispielsweise die Gesch\u00e4ftsstrategie, interne Richtlinien und Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit Nachhaltigkeit. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden konkrete Nachhaltigkeitsziele, KPIs, sowie Abl\u00e4ufe im Risikomanagement des Unternehmens abgebildet.<\/p><h4>Nachhaltigkeitberichtserstattung ab 2024<\/h4><p>Ab dem Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 muss nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpa-group.at\/news\/die-csrd-ist-finalisiert\/\">Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)<\/a>berichtet werden. Die CSRD betrifft deutlich mehr Unternehmen und bringt auch ma\u00dfgebliche Ausweitungen des Berichtsumfangs gegen\u00fcber der NFRD mit sich.<\/p><p>Die <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.efrag.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG)<\/a> wurde von der Kommission beauftragt, einheitliche Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattungsstandards zu entwickeln, welche verpflichtend gem\u00e4\u00df der CSRD anzuwenden sind. Diese Standards liegen als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpa-group.at\/news\/european-sustainability-reporting-standard-1-general-requirements\/\">European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)<\/a> bereits im finalen Entwurf vor, sektorspezifische, sowie KMU bezogene Standards werden folgen. Abh\u00e4ngig von bestimmten Unternehmenskenngr\u00f6\u00dfen ergeben sich Unterschiede, wann ein Unternehmen erstmals zu berichten hat.<\/p><p>Auf freiwilliger Ebene k\u00f6nnen bei der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung global anerkannte Berichterstattungsstandards, insbesondere die GRI-Standards, herangezogen werden. Das Verfassen des ersten Nachhaltigkeitsberichts kann aufgrund der notwendigen Implementierung von Systemen und Prozessen zur ESG Datenerhebung und -erfassung einen deutlichen Zeit- und Ressourcenaufwand bedeuten. Es empfiehlt sich deshalb zeitgerecht mit der Implementierung zu beginnen.<\/p><div data-id=\"f5ac673\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\"><div><div data-id=\"61e255e\"
