Juraj Tobák began his career at TPA 12 years ago and, after several years spent working in consulting and as a CFO for various e-commerce companies, he now returns to TPA Slovakia, through a merger with GetFinDone, as partner for digitalization, automation, external financial management and process optimization, with a particular focus on e-commerce companies. Juraj will manage TPA’s office in Košice, which after the merger with GetFinDone, will have a staff of 20 professionals and be responsible for TPA’s business development in Eastern Slovakia.
Commenting on the merger of TPA with GetFinDone, Klaus Krammer, TPA Slovakia’s partner for outsourcing and the digitalization of processes, said:

Juraj expanded the experience he gained at TPA Slovakia in the accounting and auditing of domestic and international companies to include the financial management of start-ups and scale-ups, especially in the e-commerce and SaaS industries. In addition to the above, Juraj Tobák also offers advice on the structuring of investment and bank financing, the restructuring of finance departments, the optimization of processes and the setting up of controlling and reporting systems with the help of various business intelligence tools.
At TPA Slovakia, he worked his way up from being a junior accountant, via assistant auditor, to supervisor in the Transfer Pricing and Audit departments. He served as CFO at GymBeam, where he founded the finance department and secured the largest e-commerce investment in Slovakia, as well as at DivBrands, and as external CFO for various small and medium e-commerce companies, where he helped structure investment and bank financing worth millions of euros. In his new role, he will be responsible for the development of services for both Slovak and foreign clients in the areas of external financial management, digitalization and automation of accounting, controlling and reporting.
Juraj graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Business Administration in Košice, in the field of Corporate Financial Management. He later obtained his license as a statutory auditor and became an active member of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors.
