Pursuant to Regulation 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. (hereinafter referred to as “Consent<\/strong>“)<\/p>

I consent to the processing of my personal data by TPA TAX, s.r.o., TPA AUDIT, s.r.o., TPA GetFinDone s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) as follows:<\/p>

in the scope of: <\/strong>photograph and\/or video recording<\/p>

for the purpose of: <\/strong>creating, storing, publishing, for the purpose of promoting the controller and its activities<\/p>

for a period of: <\/strong>one year from the termination of the duration of the employment or similar relationship<\/p>

At the same time, I declare that I am aware that the Controller processes the personal data provided only on the basis of this Consent. I have no obligation to provide them to the Operator and I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time. If I withdraw this consent, the Controller must delete my personal data provided in this way without undue delay.<\/p>

We will provide the personal data provided to other recipients<\/strong>, namely the photographer when obtaining and taking the photos and the graphic designer for graphic editing.<\/p>

We will not transfer <\/strong>the personal data provided\u00a0 to a country outside the EEA and\/or provide it to an international organization<\/strong>.<\/p>

You have \u00a0the right to access <\/strong>the personal data provided, which can best be exercised by means of a written request to the e-mail address gdpr@tpa-group.sk<\/a><\/span><\/p>

Furthermore, you have the right to request the rectification or restriction of the processing <\/strong>of the personal data provided if you believe that they are incorrect, you have the right to request the provided personal data for transfer to another controller <\/strong>or you can request such transfer directly from us and you have the right to request the deletion <\/strong>\u00a0of your personal data that you have provided to us.<\/p>

You can also protect your rights by filing a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.<\/p>
