Founded more than 40 years ago in Lower Austrian town of Langenlois. TPA is one of the leading services companies\u00a0 specialists for tax law and auditing in Slovakia. The TPA Group has established itself as a successful player in Central and South Eastern Europe.<\/p>

TPA is among Slovakia\u00b4s leading tax advisory and auditing services companies. Customers can rely on more than 130 staff members in three branch offices in Slovakia.<\/p>

In addition to Slovakia, the TPA Group is also operating in eleven other countries in Central and South Eastern Europe: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia. In total, the group of companies has more than 2,050 employees at 31 locations.<\/p>

In Slovakia, TPA provides the following services: tax advisory and wages, auditing and advisory. In brief, this is TPA\u00b4s philosophy: \u201cFace to Face Business\u201d. In terms of thinking and acting, TPA employees remain as closely as possible to the client. Their work is characterised by on-site expertise, top-class know-how, and an understanding of a wide range of industries.<\/p>

The special expertise of the TPA experts includes, among others, extensive know-how in the fields of real estate, the formation and reorganisation of companies, models of succession, in corporate legal structures as well as in labour, employment and pension law.<\/p>

The TPA Group is an independent member of Baker Tilly Europe Alliance and is thus able to provide to its clients a worldwide network of tax advisors, auditors and consultants.<\/p>

Thanks to our alliance with the Baker Tilly International network, the 12 countries of the independent TPA Group are perfectly connected at global level, and we are able to provide high-quality services in all the main business centres and regions of the world.<\/p>

The Baker Tilly International network currently consists of 123 independent members in 148 countries and employs more than 37,000 people in more than 700 offices, which puts it among the top 10 global consultancy networks.<\/p>

The history of TPA.<\/h3>

TPA was founded in 1979 in Langenlois\/Lower Austria. The company grew quickly \u2013 in 1990, the number of employees had already increased to 65. In the early 1990s, the company started to expand to Central and South Eastern Europe. <\/span><\/p>

Today, the independent TPA Group is operating in twelve countries. As a consequence of the Crowe Horwath International membership, the brand name was changed to \u201cTPA Horwath\u201d at the beginning of 2005<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

Autumn 2016 marked the next important development step of \u201cTPA\u201d, one of Slovakia\u2019s\u00a0leading\u00a0companies for tax advisory and auditing services. The Group is now an independent member of Baker Tilly Europe Alliance under its own brand name, \u201cTPA\u201d.<\/p>
