With reference to the Article 7 et seq. of the REGULATION (EU) 2016\/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cConsent\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>

I agree with processing of my personal data by TPA TAX, s.r.o., Blumental offices II, N\u00e1m. Mateja Korv\u00edna, 81107 Bratislava, Company ID (I\u010cO) 35685115 and by TPA AUDIT, s.r.o., Blumental offices II, N\u00e1m. Mateja Korv\u00edna, 81107 Bratislava, Company ID (I\u010cO) 36714879 and by TPA GetFinDone, s.r.o.,Blumental offices II, N\u00e1m. Mateja Korv\u00edna, 81107 Bratislava, Company ID (I\u010cO) 55155235 as joint data controllers (hereinafter as the \u201cData Controller\u201d) as follows:<\/p>

extent:<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 sex, title, name, surname, company name, address (street, city, postal code), e-mail;<\/p>

purpose:<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 sending advertising e-mails, newsletters and other marketing activities aimed at sales promotion;<\/p>

period:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5 years.<\/p>

At the same time, I confirm that I am aware of the fact that the Data Controller processes the provided personal data only based on the present Consent. I am not obliged to provide my personal data to the Data Controller and I have the right to revoke my Consent at any moment. If I revoke my Consent, the Data Controller is obliged to erase my personal data without any undue delay.<\/p>

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OTHER FACTS<\/h2>

The personal data is going to be provided to other recipients<\/strong>, namely to a representative of the webhosting services provider (Thomas B\u00f6hmwalder, NetzwerkBerater B&W OG, 3470 Kirchbers) and to the web administrator (Anna Rebel, TPA Group Administration und Steuerberatung GmbH, 1220 Vienna), who store and administer a personal data database.<\/p>

You have the right to access<\/strong> to your personal data. The best way to do it is to send a written request to the e-mail address of the Data Controller stated above in the header.<\/p>

You also have the right to request correction or limitation of processing of <\/strong>your personal data, if you consider it to be wrong; you have the right to request a transfer of your personal data to a different data controller <\/strong>or you may ask us for such transfer; and you have the right to request erasure <\/strong>of your personal data provided to us.<\/p>

You may also exercise protection of your rights by a complaint sent to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.<\/p>
