How does the community support business growth?
What the latest episode of the TPA Slovakia podcast is about
In the next episode of our podcast, we focus on the power of the business community “Bezcyklenia”. We discuss how connections, openness and experience sharing can support business growth even in challenging times.
The business community is no longer just about networking – it’s about helping each other, sharing knowledge and overcoming challenges. At TPA Slovakia, we also believe that quality relationships and cooperation help companies to move forward and towards sustainable and insightful growth.
Why community is so important for business
Cooperation instead of rivalry
Many companies today understand that internal expertise alone is not enough for success. A fast-changing environment requires flexibility, but also the ability to learn from others. For this reason the business community Bezcyklenia offers a space for open conversations about strategies, problems or trends.
The support of businesses in practice does not concern networking only. It also means finding common solutions. Community members can work together to respond to market changes, regulations or customer expectations.
Sharing experience and knowledge
Some problems are faced by both small businesses and large companies – the difference often starts with the approach. Entrepreneurs in our community share and exchange concrete real-world experience, which saves them time and money.
At TPA Slovakia we also see that companies actively involved in communities are better prepared for legislative changes, and are able to optimize processes better or manage expansion into new markets.
Psychological support and motivation
In addition to shared knowledge and contacts, the human dimension is also important. Entrepreneurship brings uncertainty and stress – and it is the community that helps entrepreneurs avoid being left on their own.
Mutual support is often the decisive factor why some persevere in difficult times and are able to adapt.
How TPA sees it
At TPA Slovakia, we have been dealing with the topic of business support for a long time – not only within our consulting services, but also through debates and educational activities. This podcast is our way of raising important topics that really help entrepreneurs grow.
That’s why our guests in this episode are Juraj Tobák, TPA’s e-commerce partner, and Matej Guman, CEO at Bezcyklenia, whose daily life spins around the community and they know how to find specific value in it.
