TPA Slovakia Successfully Completed the 2nd ISO IMS Surveillance Audit
On 23 June 2026, we successfully completed the 2nd surveillance audit of the Integrated Management System (IMS), conducted by the certification body TÜV SÜD Slovakia.
The Audit Confirmed the Effective Functioning of the System
The audit results confirmed that our Integrated Management System is not only implemented but also an integral part of the company’s day-to-day operations. The auditors praised the systematic approach to IMS planning and implementation, the efficient use of resources, as well as the high-quality documentation that is regularly updated.
Areas Confirmed by the Audit
According to the audit findings, TPA Slovakia has successfully implemented and effectively operating processes in the following areas:
- Quality Management (ISO 9001),
- Environmental Management (ISO 14001),
- Information Security Management (ISO 27001).
Compliance with Standards and Legislation
The auditors also confirmed that the system complies with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and that employees are familiar with their roles and responsibilities within the IMS. Particular emphasis was placed on the culture of continuous improvement, the established mechanisms for monitoring system performance, collecting feedback, and identifying opportunities for further development.
IMS as an Integral Part of the Company Culture
At TPA Slovakia, the Integrated Management System is implemented and fully embedded in the organisation’s day-to-day operations. Based on the audit performed, it can be confirmed that the IMS is implemented and maintained in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 standards, as well as with applicable legislation. The ongoing suitability, effectiveness and adequacy of the ISO IMS at TPA are ensured.
