Annual Evaluation in Vígľaš
What is the best way of closing a year full of projects, challenges and successes? At TPA Slovakia we rely on a traditional combination: a review of results, an inspiring programme, thanking colleagues and a healthy dose of team energy. And the result? A company event that once again reminded us that life at TPA is about people, collaboration and about enjoying what we do.
What happened during the Annual Evaluation?
- We began officially, but with ease – partners and management recapped the year’s biggest milestones, acknowledged internal successes, and we took a glimpse into what’s new at TPA and where we’re heading.
- We showed our appreciation to our colleagues by giving a round of applause and sincere thanks to those who have been with us for years. We celebrated our work anniversaries – 5, 10 and 15 years in TPA. These colleagues have grown with us, helped create our culture and prove every day what loyalty, professionalism and teamwork mean.
- We tackled team challenges – mixed teams faced both sport and logical tasks that tested our cooperation and creativity.
- We explored our maturity – both professional and personal, thanks to a coaching workshop that pushed us to reflect on our personal and team behaviour. It was a space where we could authentically reflect on how we live our values – professionalism, teamwork and humanity.
- We had a lot of fun together! Music, dance, laughter and a relaxed atmosphere connected people across departments. It is these shared activities and team building moments that create what we value most about TPA – the teamwork.
