How we keep our invoices up to date – and why clients appreciate it
Accounting has changed significantly in recent years. We’ve moved away from photocopying papers, boxes full of receipts and cluttered e-mails to automation, digital archives and real-time, up-to-date data. But to make it more than merely a trend, to be a real help for accountants and entrepreneurs alike, the technology must be practical, reliable and, above all, user friendly.

Imagine that the client no longer has to bring anything in person, scan anything, or forward anything to twenty different places.
Everything is solved simply via Doklado:
- it sends an invoice by e-mail to a special address,
- it takes a picture of the receipt through your mobile phone and uploads it to the app,
- employees can add receipts from trips directly,
- or documents are automatically imported from connected services.
On the other side, the OCR technology extracts important data from each invoice – supplier, sum, due date – and stores it in a clear digital archive. No more transcribing, searching through PDFs or manually copying data.
Intelligent processing that saves nerves and time
Doklado is more than just a “mailbox” for invoices. It is a tool that works with data – automatically assigning centres, activities or analytical accounts, allowing corrections and supporting the approval process. Thus, the invoice does not proceed until it is approved by an authorised person.

ABRA Flexi – automated processing without any delays
When the document is ready, it is transferred to the second tool – ABRA Flexi, where automation comes into full effect:
- invoices are automatically paired with bank movements,
- they are classified in the correct accounting categories,
- the system identifies errors, duplicates or incomplete data and suggests corrections.
The whole process runs in real time and without manual intervention. You upload the document in the morning – and by midday it can be booked, paid and classified correctly. No stress, no delays.
