At TPA, we believe that young people are the future of every professional firm – that’s why we actively support them, connect with them and give them the opportunity to get to know the world of taxes, audits, accounting and IT consulting. That is why the cooperation between our marketing team and TPA Academy has already brought some visible results.
How cooperation with TPA Academy works in practice
Events for students in different cities
Our marketing department together with TPA Academy co-organizes several events for students, not only in Bratislava but also in other towns. We participate in fairs, presentation events and workshops, as well as informal events where we meet students in person, answer their questions and tell them about how things work here at TPA.
Direct interaction and motivation to practice
Thus, students can learn directly from our employees what it is like to work in a consulting firm, what the internship opportunities and career development opportunities are, and what our common working day looks like. Thanks to this, interaction fears are removed, questions are asked and students often leave with a real motivation to try an internship with us.

Our events for students are designed to be interesting, practical and informal. We do our best to make sure that it’s not just about presenting facts, but that there is room for dialogue – whether at university lectures, open days or events that we organise ourselves.
Marketing and TPA Academy are fine-tuning the content, communication and visual identity of every event – so that we speak to students in their own language and at the same time show them the professionalism and openness that characterises us.
